Arctic Cod Liver Oil is a liquid supplement supplied in a 237 ml (8 fl oz) bottle. Each serving size is 1 teaspoon (5 ml), providing 1060 mg of total omega-3s, made up of 340 mg EPA, 510 mg DHA and 210 mg other omega-3s, along with 40 calories, 4.5 g total fat, 1 g saturated fat, 20 mg cholesterol and 40 µg RAE of vitamin A. The label notes that vitamins A and D occur naturally in cod liver oil.

The ingredients are purified arctic cod liver oil, natural strawberry flavor, d-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative. The label states it contains no gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors.
