Description

Amino Complex is supplied in tablet form, with 400 tablets per pack. Each daily portion of 3 tablets provides a range of amino acids, including L-glutamic acid (501 mg), L-leucine (294 mg), L-aspartic acid (294 mg), L-lysine (267 mg), L-threonine (195 mg), L-proline (183 mg), L-valine (165 mg), L-isoleucine (162 mg), L-alanine (141 mg), L-serine (141 mg), L-phenylalanine (87 mg), L-tyrosine (84 mg), L-arginine (75 mg), L-methionine (57 mg), L-glycine (51 mg), L-histidine (51 mg), L-cystine (48 mg) and L-tryptophan (42 mg), alongside 3750 mg of whey protein concentrate (WPC 80) from milk.

Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, calcium phosphates as a binding agent, and magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as anti-caking agents.

The product contains milk and may contain derivatives of cereals containing gluten, soy and egg.

Mandatory information

Take 3 tablets daily, wash down with 250 ml of water.
