Description
AllDeynn Crearose by Allnutrition is a strawberry-flavoured creatine monohydrate powder designed specifically for physically active women and athletes. Each 5.5 g serving delivers 3,666 mg of creatine monohydrate — a well-researched form of creatine — in a light, refreshing formula that mixes easily into water or juice. With approximately 40 servings per pack, it offers a convenient and consistent way to support your training routine.
The formula also contains AstraGin®, made from Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng extracts, alongside natural colour from dried red beet juice. Sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia, Crearose provides a pleasant taste without relying on sugar — making it a practical addition to an active lifestyle.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. AllDeynn Crearose provides 3,666 mg of creatine monohydrate per serving.

Ingredients
Ingredients Creatine monohydrate, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid, starch, acidity regulator: malic acid, acacia fibre, sweetener: sucralose, AstraGin® extract from astragalus membranaceus root ( Astragalus membranaceus ) and false ginseng root extract ( Panax notoginseng ), dried red beet juice, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.
Mandatory information
Dissolve 5.5 g (1 heaped scoop) of the product in 200–250 ml of water or juice. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (5.5 g).
