Description
Algae DHA is supplied in softgel form, with 60 soft gels per container, providing 30 servings of 2 softgels each. Each serving provides 500 mg of total omega-3s, all as DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), along with 10 calories and 1 g of total fat.
The ingredients are algal oil (marine algae oil from Schizochytrium sp., high oleic sunflower oil, natural mixed tocopherols) and a soft gel capsule made from modified cornstarch, carrageenan, glycerin, sorbitol and purified water. The label states no gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors, and notes caution for those allergic to iodine or using blood-thinning products.
