YANGO Nettle - leaf extract is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per container. Each capsule contains 410 mg of common nettle (Urtica dioica) extract, 20:1.

The capsule shell is made from vegetable cellulose, making it a vegetarian capsule. The label states the product does not contain crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts, soy, dairy ingredients, celery, mustard, or sesame, and is produced without artificial preservatives, fragrances, or colorants, and free from heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury.
