Description
Xtend Lemon Lime Squeeze is a powder supplied in a 1330g pack, stated on the label as 90 servings with a serving size of 14.8g (one level scoop). It is mixed into a beverage before use.
The ingredient list includes L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, an acidity regulator of citric acid and malic acid, flavor, sodium citrate, L-Citrulline, magnesium salts of citric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), a bulking agent (polydextrose), a color (Tartrazine E104), and Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Per serving, the label states 3500mg L-Leucine, 2500mg L-Glutamine, 1750mg each of L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, for a total of 7000mg BCAAs, along with an electrolyte blend of 1171mg and 640µg of Vitamin B6.

Mandatory information
Mix each level scoop (14.8g) with approximately 250ml of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 level scoop during exercise and 1 level scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 level scoops throughout the day. For best results, consume daily. Consume up to 2 scoops per day.
