Whey Core, Vanilla is a powder supplied in a 1800 g pack, giving approximately 56 servings of 32 g each. It is made from whey protein concentrate as the main ingredient, along with flavour enhancer glycine, inulin, dried whole milk, flavouring, thickener xanthan gum, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, sodium chloride, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide and colour beta-carotene. The whey protein concentrate contains sunflower lecithin and the anti-caking agent calcium phosphate.

Per serving of 32 g, the powder provides 528 kJ / 125 kcal, 1.8 g fat (of which 1.2 g saturated fatty acids), 2.6 g carbohydrates (of which 2.2 g sugars), 2.1 g fibre, 23.7 g protein and 0.5 g salt. Per 100 g, it provides 1650 kJ / 391 kcal, 5.5 g fat (of which 3.6 g saturated fatty acids), 8 g carbohydrates (of which 7 g sugars), 6.5 g fibre, 74 g protein and 1.6 g salt.

The label states it contains milk and milk products, and may contain traces of soy.
