Description

Whey Complex Tempro in Chocolate Hazelnut flavour is a powder supplied in a 2270 g pack, stated on the label as 75 servings. Each serving is one scoop of 30 g, mixed to prepare a drink.

The protein blend is made from whey protein concentrate, micellar casein (from milk), hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, whey protein isolate, egg albumin, glutamine peptides (from wheat) and microparticulate whey protein concentrate. The formula also includes an emulsifier (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K), digestive enzymes (bromelain, papain and lactase enzyme) and inulin from chicory.

Per serving (30 g) the product provides 543 kJ / 128 kcal, 1.59 g fat, of which 0.75 g saturates, 5.1 g carbohydrate, of which 0.9 g sugars, 0.12 g fibre, 22.5 g protein and 0.68 g salt. The label states it contains milk, soy and egg, and that it is made in a facility that also uses gluten, soy, egg and nuts.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 serving (approximately 30 g) in 250–350 ml of water or low-fat milk. Consume 30 minutes after exercise or between meals as needed.
