Description

Whey Complex Tempro in Banana Ice Cream flavour is a powder supplied in a 2270g pack, providing 75 servings of 30g each. Each serving of 30g (1 scoop) provides 24 g of protein, along with 4 g of carbohydrate, 1.4 g of fat and 0.1 g of fibre.

The protein blend consists of whey protein concentrate, casein, hydrolyzed whey protein, whey protein isolate and egg albumin powder. The powder also contains digestive enzymes (bromelain, papain, lactase enzyme) and inulin from chicory, together with an emulsifier (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), food flavours, sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), vanilla powder and a colour (tartrazine).

The label states that tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. It contains milk (whey, casein) and egg, and is made in a facility that also uses gluten, soy, egg and nuts.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 250 ml – 350 ml of cold water. As a food supplement, take 1 serving daily. On training days consume 1 serving 30 minutes after your workout. On non-workout days take one serving upon waking.
