Each serving provides Thiamin (B1 from culture of S. cerevisiae) 5 mg, Riboflavin (B2 from culture of S. cerevisiae) 10 mg, Niacin (as Niacinamide from culture of S. cerevisiae) 45 mg, Vitamin B6 (from culture of S. cerevisiae) 10 mg, Folate (from culture of S. cerevisiae) 450 µg DFE, Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin from culture of S. cerevisiae) 133 µg, Biotin (from culture of S. cerevisiae) 325 µg and Pantothenic Acid (from culture of S. cerevisiae) 45 mg.

Each serving also contains a Raw Probiotic & Enzyme Blend of 60 mg, including Lipase, Protease, Aspergillopepsin, Beta-Glucanase, Cellulase, Bromelain, Phytase, Lactase, Papain, Peptidase, Pectinase, Hemicellulase, Xylanase, Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus plantarum, together with a Raw Organic Fruit & Vegetable Blend containing organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green bell pepper, brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery and asparagus. The capsule is made from vegetable cellulose, and the other ingredient listed is organic potato starch.
