Each spray (approximately 0.7 ml) provides Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 5 mg, Folic Acid 400 µg, Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 1 mg (1,000 µg), Trimethylglycine (as Betaine) 100 mg and Stevia Extract (Stevia rebaudiana)(Leaf) 3.5 mg.

Other ingredients are de-ionized water, fructose, natural raspberry flavor, citric acid, phospholipids (soy), organic stevia leaf extract (enzyme-modified steviol glycosides) and potassium sorbate as a preservative. The label states it contains soy from phospholipids, and that it is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut, or sesame ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other allergens.
