Each serving provides 24 calories, 6g of protein and 15mg of Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl), along with a set of amino acids: alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, cystine, glutamic acid, glycine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, proline, serine, threonine, tryptophan, tyrosine and valine, each listed in specific milligram amounts per serving.

The other ingredients include an Extra-Strength Amino Blend of whey protein concentrate (milk) and whey protein hydrolysate, dicalcium phosphate, water, stearic acid, lecithin (soy), magnesium stearate, pyridoxine HCl and pharmaceutical glaze.

The label states the product contains milk (from whey protein concentrate) and soy (from lecithin), and that it is manufactured in a GMP facility that also uses milk, soy, egg and peanuts.
