Ultra BoneUp is supplied in tablet form, with 240 tablets per container, providing 120 servings at a serving size of 2 tablets, with a daily portion of 6 tablets. Each 2-tablet serving provides Vitamin C (as Calcium Ascorbate) 66.67 mg, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 16.67 µg, Vitamin K2 (as Natural MK-7, Menaquinone-7) 40 µg, Calcium (elemental, from StimuCal Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite) 400 mg, Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide) 166.67 mg, Zinc (L-OptiZinc, as Zinc L-Methionine Sulfate) 3.33 mg, Copper (as Copper Gluconate) 0.33 mg, Manganese (as Manganese Citrate) 0.33 mg, Potassium (as Potassium Citrate) 33 mg, Boron (as Boron Citrate) 0.33 mg and Type II Collagen (from Bovine Cartilage) 5.55 mg.

The tablets also contain microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), a coating of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and glycerin, and silicon dioxide. The label states no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame, and the product is described as gluten free and lactose free.
