Other Ingredients (Fruit Punch): Citric Acid, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, Sucralose, Maltodextrin, Beet Root Powder (color), Beta-Carotene (color), Acesulfame Potassium.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz (180-250 mL) of cold water. Take 1 to 2 times daily. For best results, take 30-60 minutes before meals with the first serving before breakfast and the second serving later in the day. Use in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and exercise program. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Use only as directed. New users should start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime.
