The Curse!, Fruit Punch is a powder supplied in a 250g (8.8 oz) pack, providing 50 servings at a serving size of 5g (1 scoop).

Each scoop contains an Energizing Muscle Fuel Blend of 3000 mg made up of beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate and citric acid, an Amplifier Blend of 900 mg made up of L-citrulline and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG), and a Mind Control Matrix of 157 mg containing caffeine anhydrous (155 mg) and olive leaf extract (40% oleuropein). Other ingredients listed are natural and artificial flavor, sucralose, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, acesulfame potassium and beta-carotene (for color).

It is produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, wheat, shellfish, fish and soy.

Ingredients

Mandatory information

Shake container before use. Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 5–8 oz (150–250 ml) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1 to 3 times daily. New to pre-workouts? Start with one scoop to assess tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period. Consume 20–30 minutes before training.
