Description
Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce is a liquid sauce supplied in a 400g (400ml) pack. The ingredient list includes water, paprika paste (hot pepper, salt, stabiliser: xanthan gum, acidity regulator: citric acid), spirit vinegar, modified starch, salt, dried red pepper, dried garlic, stabilising agent xanthan gum, sweeteners steviol glycosides and sucralose, preserving agents sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, pepper flavour and chilli extract.
The label states it may contain eggs, soy, milk, celery, mustard and their derivatives.
Per 100g the sauce provides 100 kJ / 26 kcal, 0g fat, 5.5g carbohydrates and 0.5g protein. Per 5g serving this is 5 kJ / 1 kcal, 0g fat, 0.3g carbohydrates and 0g protein.
