Description
Flaxseed Oil is supplied in softgel form, with 200 softgels per container. Each softgel provides 1 g of organic flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum), which is GMO-free.
The softgel shell is made from gelatin, with glycerin and purified water among the other ingredients. The label states the product contains gelatin, and does not declare gluten or other allergens; it is tested below 20 ppm for gluten.
Each serving of one softgel contains 10 calories, 1 g of total fat, and provides omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid) at 500–650 mg, omega-6 fatty acids (linoleic acid) at 110–240 mg, and omega-9 fatty acids (oleic acid) at 110–240 mg, as listed on the label.
