Each capsule provides 1000 mg of fish oil in triglyceride (TG) form, yielding a minimum of 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA — two well-researched long-chain omega-3 fatty acids derived from pelagic fish such as anchovies.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
