Description

Specially-Coated Bromelain is supplied as enteric-coated vegetarian tablets, with 60 tablets per container. Each tablet provides 75 mg of calcium (as calcium carbonate) and 500 mg of bromelain proteolytic enzyme extract from pineapple (Ananas comosus) stem, with an activity of 2400 GDU per gram / 5200 FIP per gram.

Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica, vegetable stearate, and an enteric coating made from methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion NF, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and propylene glycol. The label states the product contains corn.

The tablets are vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free.
