This product is supplied in tablet form, with 75 tablets per container. Each serving of 3 tablets provides 300 mg of Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate), 3 mg of Manganese (as manganese glycinate chelate), 135 mg of Sodium, 1500 mg of Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate and 1020 mg of Glucosamine HCl.

Other ingredients listed are Potassium Sulfate, Vegetable Cellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid and Vegetable Glycerin. The label states this product contains shellfish (crab, crayfish, lobster and shrimp).
