Ostrovit Omega 3-6-9 (90 Capsules)

Ostrovit Omega 3-6-9 is supplied in softgel capsule form, with a net content of 114 g corresponding to 90 capsules. Each capsule contains a serving of fish oil, flax seed oil and sunflower seed oil.

Per capsule, the fish oil provides 400 mg, of which 72 mg is EPA and 48 mg is DHA. The flax seed oil provides 300 mg, of which 150 mg is ALA, 45 mg is LA and 60 mg is OA. The sunflower seed oil provides 290 mg, of which 145 mg is LA and 43.5 mg is OA, giving a total of 190 mg LA and 103.5 mg OA per capsule. Each capsule also provides 10.5 mg of vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), equivalent to 87.5% Nutrient Reference Value.

The ingredients are fish oil (from Peruvian anchovies), flax seed oil, sunflower seed oil, gelatin, humectant - glycerol, water and DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E). The label states the product may contain milk (including lactose), soya, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs and crustaceans.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
