Each serving contains 896 mg of total omega-3, made up of 455 mg EPA, 315 mg DHA and 126 mg of other omega-3, along with 300 mg of alpha-lipoic acid and 200 µg of chromium (as chromium nicotinate glycinate). The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob color and natural lemon flavor, alpha-lipoic acid, beeswax, d-alpha tocopherol, chromium (as chromium nicotinate glycinate) and rosemary extract.
