Description
NOW Psyllium Husks, Whole is a powder supplied in a 12 oz (340 g) pack, with about 34 servings per container. Each serving size is 2 level tablespoons, approximately 10 g, providing 10 g (10,000 mg) of psyllium husks, 8 g of total carbohydrate, and 7 g of dietary fiber, of which 6 g is soluble fiber and 1 g is insoluble fiber.
The ingredient declaration lists psyllium (seed husk) as the sole ingredient. The label notes it may contain traces of sesame, and states it is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
