MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane) is supplied in vegetable capsule form, with 120 veg capsules per container, providing 60 servings of 2 capsules each. Each serving of 2 capsules provides 2 g (2,000 mg) of MSM.

The capsule is made from cellulose, with stearic acid (vegetable source) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) among the other ingredients. The label states the product is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients, and is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
