Jarrow Formulas MK-7 delivers 90 µg of Vitamin K2 in its Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) form, sourced from non-GMO Natto extract. MK-7 is a long-chain form of Vitamin K2, providing a convenient daily source of this nutrient in a single softgel.

Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting. Each softgel is formulated with medium chain triglycerides and olive oil. With 120 softgels per pack, this product provides a four-month supply at the recommended serving of one softgel per day.
