Description

This MCT Oil is a liquid supplied in a 946 ml (32 fl. oz) pack. It is made from 100% fractionated coconut oil (medium chain triglycerides).

Mandatory information

1 serving (1 tablespoon / 15 ml) once daily with food. To assess individual tolerance, start with 1/3 serving (1 teaspoon / 5 ml) with food. May consume up to 3 tablespoons (45 ml) per day. Add to protein shakes, coffee, tea, salad dressing, sauces, or drizzled over meals. Not recommended for use in frying due to low smoke point of pure C8 and C10 MCTs.
