Description

NOW Foods Magnesium & Calcium with Zinc and Vitamin D3 is a carefully formulated multi-mineral tablet combining four essential nutrients in a single, convenient serving. Each daily dose (3 tablets) delivers 800 mg of elemental magnesium, 400 mg of elemental calcium, 15 mg of zinc and 25 µg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D3.

This formula draws on premium trademarked ingredient forms: Aquamin® seaweed-derived minerals provide both calcium and magnesium from a natural marine source, while L-OptiZinc® Monomethionine delivers zinc in a well-regarded chelated form. Magnesium is further supplied through a blend of Magnesium Oxide, Glycinate, Taurinate and Citrate to support broad absorption. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

With 250 tablets per pack — equivalent to approximately 83 servings — this product offers outstanding value and is suitable for those seeking long-term, everyday mineral support. The tablets carry a vegetarian coating, making them appropriate for vegetarians and those following a gluten-free lifestyle.

Ingredients

Ingredients Vitamin D (as D3 Cholecalciferol) 25 µg (1,000 IU), Calcium (elemental) (from Aquamin® Seaweed Derived Minerals and Calcium Citrate) 400 mg, Magnesium (elemental) (from Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Taurinate, Magnesium Citrate and Aquamin® Seaweed Derived Minerals) 800 mg, Zinc (elemental) (from L-OptiZinc® Monomethionine) 15 mg. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide. Vegetarian Coating: polydextrose, hypromellose (cellulose), calcium carbonate, medium-chain triglycerides.

Mandatory information

Take 3 tablets daily, preferably in divided doses, with food or at bedtime.
