Description

Magnesium is supplied in vegetable capsule form, with 180 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 400 mg of elemental magnesium, sourced from magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium aspartate.

The capsule shell is made from cellulose. The remaining ingredients are rice flour, silica and stearic acid of vegetable origin. The label states the product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients, but is produced in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
