Description
This is a powder with an iced lemonade flavor, supplied in a 700 g pack, which the label states is approximately 22 servings of 31.5 g each. It is mixed with water or another beverage before use.
The ingredients include glucose, sodium citrate, citric acid, potassium citrate, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate, acesulfame K as a sweetener, acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra), aromas, and a set of vitamins including thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, nicotinic acid amide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid and cyanocobalamin.
The label states that the product may contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk and milk derivatives.

Mandatory information
Dissolve 31.5 g (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water. Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml). Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
