Description

ISO-XP, Choco Caramel is a whey protein isolate powder supplied in a 1000g pack, stated as approximately 40 servings. Each serving is one scoop, approximately 25g.

The ingredients are 100% Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), emulsified with sunflower lecithin, fat reduced cocoa powder, flavouring and the sweetener sucralose. Per serving it provides 388 kJ / 92 kcal, 0.4g fat, of which 0.2g saturates, 0.4g carbohydrate, of which 0.2g sugars, 21.6g protein, approximately 0.1g lactose, and 0g fibre.

The label states this product contains milk and is made in a facility that also handles egg, soy, fish, and cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop (approximately 25g) with 200ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1-3 servings daily, depending on your protein requirements. ISO-XP is rapidly absorbed, so the optimal times to use it are when you need protein fast. This includes immediately upon waking before breakfast, and immediately after exercise. After training, many athletes take a double serving (50g) as the body is able to process a larger amount of protein in its depleted state. Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended.
