Description
B-Komplex Intercell is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per pack and a net content of 52.2 g. Each daily serving of 1 capsule provides choline bitartrate, alpha-lipoic acid, and the B vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folic acid, biotin and vitamin B12, together with ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10).
The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and gellan gum. The remaining ingredients are maltodextrin and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. The label states that no allergens are declared, and that the product is free from gluten, milk protein, lactose, sweeteners, colorants, and genetically modified organisms.

Choline bitartrate, alpha-lipoic acid, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) [capsule shell], glazing agent: gellan gum [capsule shell], maltodextrin, thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine/vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), nicotinamide (niacin/vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid/vitamin B5), ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (folic acid/vitamin B9), D-biotin (biotin/vitamin B7), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate, plant-derived).
Mandatory information
1 capsule daily, taken with sufficient water. For optimal absorption, take approximately 30 minutes before a meal. Do not take simultaneously with mineral supplements containing calcium, magnesium, iron, or zinc, or with dairy products.
