Applied Nutrition's Hydration + Electrolyte & Vitamin Powder Stick Packs are a convenient, on-the-go powder in a refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour. Each 8g stick pack combines key electrolytes — including potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium — with Coconut Water Powder, Irish Sea Moss Extract, and the branded marine mineral complex Aquamin™. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Each serving of two capsules provides 360 mg of calcium (45% of the Nutrient Reference Value). Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.

The formula is further enriched with a comprehensive B-vitamin complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12) alongside Vitamin C. Thiamine (B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
