The Hardcore BCAA Blend provides 9.7 g total aminos per serving, including a 2:1:1 ratio of L-Leucine (4 g), L-Isoleucine (2 g) and L-Valine (2 g), an Amino Support Stack of glycine, L-glutamine and L-alanine (1.7 g), and 500 mg of taurine. The formula also includes a Mineral Electrolyte Blend of 1040 mg (sodium citrate, sea salt, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide), providing 60 mg calcium and 63 mg magnesium per serving, along with 5 mg of BioPerine (Piper nigrum fruit, 95% piperine). Other ingredients include citric acid, malic acid, MCT (fractionated coconut) oil, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, silicon dioxide, sunflower lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, and color from spirulina.

No major allergens are declared on the label, though the product contains sunflower lecithin and MCT (fractionated coconut) oil, and is manufactured in a facility that may handle allergens.
