Description

Gluten Digest is supplied in capsule form, with 60 vegetable capsules per container. Each capsule provides an Enzyme Blend of 274 mg, made up of BioCore® DPP IV, a combination of protease (from Aspergillus oryzae) at 30,000 HUT, protease (from Aspergillus oryzae) at 500 DPP-IV, amylase (from Aspergillus oryzae) at 12,000 DU, an additional protease (from Aspergillus oryzae) at 30,000 HUT, glucoamylase (from Aspergillus niger) at 20 AGU, and protease (from Aspergillus melleus) at 8.5 AP.

The capsule shell is made from hypromellose. The remaining ingredients are maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose and MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) powder.

The product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. It is suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets.
