Description

Glutamine Compressed Caps are supplied in capsule form, with 120 capsules per container. A daily serving of 3 capsules provides 4200 mg of L-Glutamine.

The capsule shell is made from gelatine, coloured with iron oxide. The remaining ingredients are the bulking agent magnesium stearate and the anti-caking agent silicon dioxide. The label does not state any allergens.

Mandatory information

Training days: use 3 capsules immediately after training. Non-training days: use 3 capsules in the evening before bedtime. Maximum 3 capsules per day. Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
