Description
GEAAR Sweet Iced Tea is a powder supplied in a 378g pack, stated on the label as 30 servings. One serving is 1 scoop (12.6 g), providing 9.4 g of EAAs plus arginine, including 7 g of BCAAs in an 8:3:3 ratio (4 g L-Leucine, 1.5 g L-Valine, 1.5 g L-Isoleucine).
The ingredients include amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Threonine, L-Lysine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Arginine, L-Histidine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan), an acid blend (malic acid, citric acid, ascorbic acid), an electrolyte blend of 675 mg per serving (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, coconut water powder, sea salt, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate), an anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil from coconut), BioPerine® black pepper extract, colour (caramel), natural flavours (lemon, lemonade, black tea) and sweeteners (sucralose, purified stevia leaf extract). Each serving contains 0.1 g of salt.
The product is produced in a facility that handles ingredients from milk, wheat, soya and fish (collagen).

Mandatory information
Mix 1 scoop (12.6 g) with 250–500 ml (8–16 fl oz) of cold water in a shaker cup or water bottle. For a sweeter drink, use less water. For less sweet, use more water. Can be consumed before, during, or after training, and multiple times per day.
