Description

Game Changer Mass, Vanilla is a powder supplied in a 3000g pack, giving approximately 20 servings of 150g. It is mixed to form a drink.

The ingredient list includes maltodextrin, a protein complex (whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, calcium caseinate from milk, hydrolysed beef protein isolate), creatine monohydrate, fructose and an amino acid complex containing AAKG complex, micronized L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-citrulline di-malate and L-methionine. It also contains a vitamin and mineral complex with magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, niacin, zinc oxide, calcium D-pantothenate, copper sulphate, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride and folic acid, together with an emulsifier, flavourings, a sweetener, vanilla crystal, a colour, Siberian ginseng root extract, tribulus terrestris fruit extract, green coffee bean extract and alpha lipoic acid.

Each 150g serving provides approximately 600 kcal, 48g of protein, 96g of carbohydrates, 2.6g of fat and 0.03g of salt, along with 8.5g of BCAAs and 1.5g of glutamine. The product contains milk and is produced in a facility that also handles egg, soy, gluten, nuts and peanuts.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 scoops (150g) with 400ml of cold water or milk. On training days, consume one serving post-workout. On non-training days, take one serving between meals.
