Description

Game Changer Mass, Cookies & Cream is a powder supplied in a 3000g (3kg) pack. It is a protein blend combining whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and hydrolyzed casein, alongside maltodextrin, dextrose and creatine monohydrate.

The formula also includes L-glutamine, BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), and added vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin E. Flavouring, an emulsifier (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), sweetener and colour are also included.

Per 100 g serving, the product provides 389 kcal, 2.8 g fat, 63 g carbohydrates, 28 g protein, 0.43 g salt, 1500 mg L-glutamine and 8500 mg BCAAs. It contains milk and is produced in a facility that also handles egg, soy, gluten, nuts and peanuts.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 scoops (100–150 g) with 400 ml of cold water or milk. On training days, consume one serving post-workout. On non-training days, take one serving between meals. Approximately 20–30 servings per 3000 g container.
