Fully Active B-Complex with Quatrefolic - 60 vcaps

This B-Complex is supplied in capsule form, with 60 veggie capsules per container. Each capsule provides Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 40 mg, thiamin (as thiamin HCl) 60 mg, riboflavin (as riboflavin and riboflavin-5-phosphate) 75 mg, niacin (as niacinamide and niacin) 50 mg, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 50 mg, folate (as (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt, Quatrefolic) 400 µg, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1000 µg, biotin 600 µg and pantothenic acid (as d-calcium pantothenate) 100 mg.

The capsule shell is made from hypromellose, described on the label as a vegetarian capsule. The remaining ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

The label states the product is free of gluten, GMOs and soy, with no allergens explicitly declared.
