Description

Fenugreek is supplied in capsule form, with 60 vcaps per container. Each capsule provides 550 mg of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seeds extract, standardised to a DER of 4:1 with a minimum of 20% saponins, of which saponins are at least 110 mg. This 550 mg of extract is stated to be obtained from 2200 mg of fenugreek seeds.

The ingredients are fenugreek seeds extract, inulin, and the capsule shell, made from hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The label states no allergens are declared, and the product is stated to be gluten-free, soy-free and lactose-free.
