Each serving provides a blend of amino acids including L-Leucine (1000 mg), Taurine (750 mg), Beta-Alanine (750 mg), L-Citrulline (750 mg), L-Isoleucine (500 mg), L-Valine (500 mg), L-Glutamine (500 mg) and L-Lysine Hydrochloride (250 mg), along with an Energy Blend of caffeine from tea leaf extract and green coffee bean extract at 120 mg. The total amino acid blend is 5500 mg per serving, including 2000 mg of BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine). Other ingredients include citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, malic acid, sucralose, inulin, silicon dioxide, acesulfame potassium, sunflower lecithin, FD&C Yellow #5 and FD&C Blue #1.
