Each serving supplies an amino acid blend of 5.5 g, made up of L-Leucine 1 g, Taurine 1 g, Beta-Alanine 800 mg, L-Citrulline 750 mg, L-Isoleucine 500 mg, L-Valine 500 mg, L-Glutamine 500 mg, L-Lysine 250 mg, L-Threonine 100 mg and L-Phenylalanine 100 mg, along with Caffeine Hydrochloride (from Tea Leaf Extract, Green Coffee Bean Extract) at 120 mg.

Other ingredients listed are natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, inulin, malic acid, silicon dioxide, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, sunflower lecithin, FD&C Yellow #6 and FD&C Yellow #5. Each serving provides 5 calories and 1 g of total carbohydrate.

Mandatory information

Mix one (1) scoop (9 g) with 8–12 oz of cold water. Consume before, during, or after exercise, or anytime you want a boost of energy. Can also be used in place of morning coffee or before a study session. For a stronger effect, try a double serving before a tough HIIT workout.
