The ingredients include water, maltodextrin, magnesium lactate, xanthan gum, citric acid and tri sodium citrate as acidity regulators, natural flavouring, caffeine anhydrous BP, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate as preservatives, sucralose as a sweetener, sodium chloride, and vitamins B3, B5, B6, B2, B1 and B12.

Each 60g gel provides 125 mg of caffeine per 100g, with 75 mg per daily portion, along with magnesium, sodium and chloride. Per serving it supplies 95.5 kcal, 23.1 g of carbohydrates, 0 g protein, 0 g fat and 0 g sugars.

The label states no common allergens are included, and that the product is produced in a facility that handles milk, soya, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten and products thereof.
