Description

Egg White Protein is a powder supplied in a 510g pack, stated on the label as 17 servings. The serving size is 30 g, equivalent to 1.5 scoop.

The ingredients are egg protein concentrate (albumin), flavourings, thickener (xanthan gum) and sweetener (sucralose). Each serving of 30 g provides around 24 g of protein, with 94 kcal (394 kJ) and less than 2 g of sugars.

The label states it contains egg, and may contain cereals containing gluten, sesame seeds, peanuts, celery, soybeans and their products, nuts, milk and derived products.

Mandatory information

Dissolve 1 serving (30 g = 1.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume once daily, preferably after a workout or to supplement a low-protein meal. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
