Description

Critical Oats Protein Porridge in the Cookies & Cream flavour is a powder supplied in a 600g pack, stated on the label as 10 servings. It is prepared as a porridge-style product.

The ingredients are wholegrain oat flakes, whey protein concentrate (30%) with emulsifier sunflower lecithin, ISO-XP whey protein isolate (10%) also with emulsifier sunflower lecithin, medium chain triglycerides from coconut MCT oil and tapioca starch, cocoa powder, flavouring, thickener xanthan gum, and sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia. Each 60g serving provides 23g protein, 29g carbohydrates, 6.3g fat of which 3g is MCT, and 0.5g salt.

The label states this product contains milk and may contain traces of soy. It is suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Ingredients

Allergen: Milk.

Mandatory information

Option 1: Add 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Eat and ENJOY! Option 2: Add 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk and stir well. To add heat, place into the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again and ENJOY!
