Creatine + Hydration, Unflavoured is a powder supplied in a 330g pack of 30 servings, with a serving size of 12g (1 scoop). Each serving provides 5000mg of Creatine Monohydrate and 500mg of Aquamin™ (sea minerals), along with an 800mg electrolyte blend.

The ingredient list includes Coconut Water Powder, Taurine, Potassium Citrates, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Calcium Bisglycinate, Himalayan Pink Salt, Irish Sea Moss Extract (15:1), Sodium Citrates, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), Zinc Bisglycinate, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

The label states no common allergens are included, though the product is produced in a facility that handles milk, soy, egg, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop (12g) with 250–500ml of cold water, stir/shake and consume. Take 1 serving daily. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
