Description

Core Series ZM8+ is a capsule supplement supplied in a pack of 90 vcaps, with a net content of 140 g. The daily portion of 2 capsules provides Vitamin D (Ergocalciferol), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), Magnesium (Bisglycinate, Oxide), Zinc (Bisglycinate, L-Aspartate), Selenium (Selenomethionine), Manganese (Bisglycinate) and Chromium (Picolinate), along with BioPerine, a black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit) standardized to 95% piperine.

The capsule shell is a vegetarian capsule using hypromellose as an emulsifier. The formulation also includes silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate as anti-caking agents, and microcrystalline cellulose as an emulsifier. It is produced in a facility that handles ingredients from milk and wheat.

Mandatory information

On training and non-training days, take 2–3 capsules at night before bed on an empty stomach with 250 mL (~8 fl oz) of water. Use for 8 weeks followed by a 4-week off-cycle.
