Description
This product is supplied in softgel capsule form, with 60 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 500 mg of conjugated linoleic acid, of which 400 mg is CLA, along with 200 mg of green tea extract containing 66 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), and 100 mg of L-carnitine.
The ingredient list includes conjugated linoleic acid (37%), green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) at 14.8%, soybean oil, L-carnitine at 7.4%, and the capsule shell, which is made of gelatine, glycerin, water and colour (E 172).
The label states that the product contains soybean oil and may contain soybeans and products thereof.

Mandatory information
Take 1-2 capsules two times daily - after breakfast and approximately 30 min. before physical activity.
