Description

C4 Original, Millions Bubblegum is a powder supplied in a 396g pack, stated on the label as 60 servings. Each serving is 6.6g.

The ingredients include CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, L-Arginine Hydrochloride, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine and Caffeine Anhydrous, along with anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), acidity regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), a bulking agent (Polydextrose), sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K), flavouring and colour (Beta Carotene). It also contains L-Ascorbic Acid, Nicotinamide, Methylcobalamin, Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate. Per serving it provides 1600mg CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, 1000mg Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, 1000mg L-Arginine Hydrochloride and 150mg Caffeine Anhydrous.

The label states it may contain traces of milk and gluten.

Mandatory information

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop, 6.6g) mixed with 150–200 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Beginners may start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed one scoop per day.
