Blood and Guts Sachets in Mango flavour are supplied as a powder in individual sachets, packed 20 x 19g per box for a total net content of 380g. Each sachet is a single serving, prepared as 2 heaping scoops.

The ingredient list includes L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, an A-AKG complex of L-Arginine and Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate, L-Tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract, sweet orange peel extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), guarana seed extract, black pepper fruit extract, along with anti-caking agents, flavouring, maltodextrin, sweeteners and colours. Each serving provides 6000 mg of Citrulline Malate, 4000 mg of Arginine AKG, 5500 mg of Beta-Alanine, 500 mg of L-Tyrosine, 350 mg of total caffeine, 250 mg of green tea leaf extract, 187 mg of bitter orange extract, 40 mg of guarana seed extract, 2.5 mg of black pepper fruit extract and 250 mg of Vitamin B3.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 heaping scoops (1 sachet / 19g) with at least 250ml of cold water in a shaker bottle and consume 30 minutes before exercise. For first-time users, mix one scoop (9.5g) with 250ml water.
